Business Milestones is continually striving to reduce the environmental

impact of the work we do and the products we create.

REDUCING OUR FOOTPRINT

We actively pursue a policy of alleviating environmental impacts by adopting green methods and processes.

Some steps we undertake to minimise our impact to the environment:

• We use papers that originate from renewable forests and that are produced in accredited mills

• Our digital printing equipment has achieved certification with the Good Environmental Choice Label

• We use inks that are vegetable based with the key ingredients being soy and linseed oil, made from renewable sources

• Business Milestones is a user of computer to plate systems eliminating the need for film and its associated chemistry

• We use alcohol free printing. Isopropyl alcohol is the print industry’s chief source of greenhouse gas emissions

• We minimise our water usage

• Business Milestones supports Earth Hour

• We consider the Energy Star-Rating when selecting any equipment

• We ensure that all consumable items, such as toner cartridges, are recycled

• We switch off any equipment not currently in use
